Job summary

Evolve Scientific is seeking a Senior Quality Manager for a 6-month, full-time assignment based in Western Sydney. The role oversees 3 direct reports and reports to the Site Leader, coordinating daily quality operations and strategic QA initiatives on site.

The ideal candidate will have senior quality experience in the food industry, a food science or related degree, and strong leadership and communication skills to drive corrective actions and maintain QMS compliance.

Qualifications

• Senior quality role in food industry.
• Tertiary qualification in food science or related discipline.
• Previous people management experience is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven self-starter who enjoys a hands-on role.

Responsibilities

• Manage site operations and provide daily quality support.
• Lead customer complaint management and implement corrective actions.
• Provide leadership to the quality team members.
• Oversee daily QMS activities – compliance with standards and polices.
• Manage quality administrative duties related to reporting, auditing, documentation.
