Zusammenfassung

Mount Isa Mines seeks a Senior Superintendent to lead the Fixed Plant Maintenance and Operations at George Fisher Mine in Mount Isa. You will manage a multidisciplinary team, oversee Supervisors and projects, and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver safe, reliable maintenance outcomes.

This residential role offers a 5/2, 4/3 roster—a nine-day fortnight—enabling you to live in Mount Isa while driving asset management and maintenance excellence across fixed plant

Qualifikationen

• Five to seven years’ experience in a comparable maintenance leadership role.
• Qualifications in engineering, maintenance management or a related discipline.
• Significant experience in underground mining including crushing and hoisting systems.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of fixed plant maintenance, reliability and asset management.

• Promote safety, operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary maintenance team.
• Provide leadership and support to Supervisors.
• Oversee maintenance and reliability of fixed plant equipment.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimise downtime and maximise availability.
• Oversee mechanical projects and ensure safe delivery within parameters.
• Collaborate with operations to achieve production and reliability goals.
• Manage budgets, resources and priorities effectively.
• Identify and manage maintenance risks.
