Job summary

PwC Australia is seeking a Senior Associate in Advisory, Corporate Finance, to design and review bespoke financial models and low-code analytics. You’ll work on M&A, capital raises, and CFO priorities, serving clients across PE, Infra, and corporate sectors.

You’ll build automated data pipelines and interactive dashboards, mentor junior members, and manage engagements with a focus on risk management and insightful decision support. This role offers flexible working arrangements within Australia.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Power Query/Power Pivot for data transformation, automation and integration into financial models.
• Proficiency in Power BI for building interactive dashboards and delivering data-driven reporting to stakeholders.
• Strong experience in financial modelling with large, complex datasets and translating into insights.
• Tertiary qualifications in business, economics, finance, or STEM; pursuing CFA/CA or Masters is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative finance solutions using low-code/no-code and ETL technologies to deliver client insights.
• Design and build automated data pipelines with Power Query/Power Pivot for real-time reporting.
• Leverage Power BI to create dashboards and visualisations for clients and stakeholders.
• Lead in designing and delivering tailored financial models for M&A, capital raises, and CFO support.
• Provide model audit, assurance services, data analytics, and training to enhance risk management.
• Collaborate with clients, mentors, and junior team members to manage engagements, risks, costs, and schedules.
