RSM Australia is seeking a Senior Analyst or Senior Associate to join our growing Financial Modelling practice in Sydney. You will build models that inform critical business decisions and support complex accounting treatments and financial structures.

You will work with clients and internal stakeholders to transform detailed information into practical, data-driven insights and help drive advisory engagements across Corporate Finance.

Qualifikationen

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics or related discipline.
• 2+ years’ experience in Corporate Finance or related roles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Commercial mindset with ability to simplify financial concepts.
• Ability to work independently while contributing within a team.

Aufgaben

• Participate in client workshops, meetings and stakeholder discussions to understand business requirements.
• Assist in financial model design, specification and budgeting processes.
• Build, maintain and enhance financial models in accordance with modelling best practice.
• Analyse financial and operational information to support strategic decision-making.
• Support project management activities across multiple engagements.
• Present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Corporate Finance and the wider firm.
• Assist with mentoring junior team members.
