Job summary

Zerra DC seeks a seasoned Financial Controller based in Sydney to lead the financial management, treasury, reporting and governance for Western Downs Digital Park and its Australian entities. You will partner with the Finance Director, CFO and management teams to establish controls and robust processes through close and delivery phases.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of progressive finance experience in major developments or infrastructure.
• Strong capability across financial control, treasury, forecasting and reporting.
• Experience with complex investment structures and multi-entity reporting.
• Ability to work with senior executives, boards and lenders.
• Advanced modelling and strong Excel plus financial-systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial management for WDDP Australian entities and budgets.
• Oversee treasury, cash flow planning and intercompany funding.
• Deliver clear reporting for executives, investors and lenders.
• Manage month-end/quarter-end close, GST/BAS and audits.
• Govern financial structures, transfer pricing and project costs.
• Develop finance systems, calendars, and governance frameworks.
• Partner with Development, Commercial, Project Controls and Legal teams.
