Job summary

Catalina Consultants is seeking a Senior Financial Adviser to join our regional NSW practice. The role is offered on a hybrid or remote basis with travel to meet clients as required, supporting long-term client relationships and responsible for growing an advisory portfolio.

You will develop tailored financial strategies, work within a supportive national network, and focus on regional client needs including business owners and high-net-worth individuals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Financial Adviser.
• Experience advising regional clients, business owners and high-net-worth families.
• Registered on the ASIC Financial Advisers Register with up-to-date authorisations.
• Strong technical knowledge of financial planning, investments, superannuation and retirement planning.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and generate new business.
• Proactive business development with strong commercial acumen.
• Excellent communication and client-focused interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop client relationships with tailored financial advice.
• Conduct regular client reviews and provide ongoing advice.
• Build trust through proactive communication and personalised approach.
• Generate new business through referrals and professional networks.
