Spencer Financial Group Pty Ltd in Maroochydore is seeking a Senior Financial Adviser who wants to build more than just a client book. You’ll own your growth path, supported by administration and paraplanning, with autonomy to shape your advisory practice.

You’ll deliver strategic financial advice, develop professional referral networks, and establish yourself within the Sunshine Coast community, pursuing a genuine pathway to equity and partnership.

Competenze

• 3–5+ years' experience as a Financial Adviser with current client-facing advice experience.
• Qualifications to be appointed as an authorised representative under AFSL.
• Commitment to developing long-term client relationships.
• Drive to build your own client base and professional referral network.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• High standards of integrity, reliability and personal accountability.
• Desire to establish yourself within the Sunshine Coast community.
