Most senior advisers spend years building a book like this. Here, it’s already built.
A respected national wealth management firm is looking for a Senior Financial Adviser to join its Brisbane office and take over an established book of 80–100 clients. Fees average $10K–$20K per client per year. The book is a well-rounded mix, including a strong base of quality retirees, as well as families and business owners.
You get the backing, brand and resources of a national firm, plus the client relationships and autonomy of a smaller practice. The clients are engaged, the referrals keep coming, and a full onshore support team handles the rest, so you can focus on advice. There’s also a genuine pathway to partnership.

Strong technical knowledge of retirement planning, super and SMSFs, and investment portfolios
Current listing on the Financial Advisers Register (FAR), with qualifications that meet the ASIC education standard
A track record of building trust, retaining clients and converting referrals
Confidence working alongside other professionals
The ambition to own part of the business, not just work in it
A book of this quality, fees at this level, national firm support and a real path to partnership rarely come together in one role. If you’re thinking about where you want to be in three to five years, this is a conversation worth having.
