Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, this role will play a critical part in supporting technical accounting, tax, audit and statutory compliance activities across a complex multi-entity group structure. You'll be responsible for researching accounting treatments, preparing technical accounting papers, supporting year-end audit requirements, assisting with tax matters and contributing to financial reporting and process improvement initiatives.
Beyond BAU responsibilities, the role offers exposure to acquisition activity, integration projects and finance transformation programs as the business continues its growth journey. It is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex accounting issues and wants to continue learning and developing their career.
You are a CA or CPA qualified finance professional with strong technical accounting capability and a genuine interest in complex business environments. Ideally, you have developed your foundation within a Chartered or Big 4 environment before moving into industry, where you've gained exposure to audit, statutory reporting, tax and technical accounting matters. Equally important is your mindset. This role suits someone curious, commercially minded and eager to keep learning. The successful candidate will be comfortable operating in ambiguity, taking ownership of projects and rolling up their sleeves when needed.
