Hostplus seeks a Senior Manager - Finance Business Partner to lead the Finance Operations team and drive strategic financial discipline. You will own enterprise budgeting, forecasting, and monthly variance analysis, delivering insights to the CFO and Head of Finance while guiding cost optimisation and product viability decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant financial leadership experience in a corporate environment (Big Four/large corporate preferred).
• Experience in superannuation operations and funds is highly desirable.
• Strong experience in financial reporting, APRA regulatory reporting, and compliance.
• Proven people leadership and ability to influence at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise budgeting and forecasting processes and monthly budget-to-actual analysis.
• Provide insights on key cost drivers and opportunities for cost optimisation.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and advise CFO/Head of Finance on performance and product viability.
• Oversee key expenditure management obligations and APRA reporting, including SRF 332.0.
• Drive automation and transformation of Finance processes and fee analysis within Product Disclosure Statements.
