Job summary

ASX is seeking a Finance Manager to join the Hybrid Sydney office. You will be part of the Commercial Planning team, delivering robust financial information, planning and KPI analysis to support the Board and Group Executives.

You will partner with the business on long- and short-term plans, drive financial insights, coordinate capex budgets, and prepare monthly management and Board reports. A CA/CPA with eight-plus years in management accounting within finance, services or tech is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or related field; CA/CPA Australia qualifications preferred.
• Eight+ years in a management accounting role within a commercial organisation.
• Experience in financial services or technology sector is advantageous.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders and deliver commercial outcomes.
• Excellent analytical, partnering and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the business to form long- and short-term plans with commercial insights.
• Understand the business strategy, value drivers and KPIs, and provide financial analysis and insights into performance.
• Identify trends, risks, opportunities and gaps, and present to senior stakeholders across the business and Finance.
• Coordinate capital expenditure budgets and portfolio reporting.
• Collaborate with business partners on quarterly forecasts and monthly performance results; develop annual budgets and five-year plans.
