Department of Jobs, Skills, Industry and Regions is seeking a Senior Finance Officer to lead budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting for the Industry, Trade and Investment Group in Victoria. You will engage with senior stakeholders, provide actionable insights and drive governance across budgets and procurement processes.

The role requires a tertiary degree in Accounting or Finance, with CA/CPA considered highly favorable.

Formación

• A relevant tertiary degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• CA/CPA qualification or evidence of completion highly regarded.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud and Power BI is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare technical financial reports and analyses for executives and stakeholders.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Provide specialist financial and procurement advice and governance input.
• Support compliance, acquittals, and strategic business planning.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
