The C.Ex Group invites applications for a Finance Manager to lead the finance function of a leading community-focused organisation in New South Wales. You will work closely with the CFO to drive governance, financial planning, and commercial performance for the Club sector.

The role covers monthly reporting, budgeting, cash flow, controls, audits, and capital projects, with a strong emphasis on leadership, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement.

Competenze

• 5+ years in a senior accounting or finance management role.
• CPA or CA accreditation.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
• Experience preparing management, executive, and Board-level reports.
• Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency.

Mansioni

• Assist CFO with financial strategy, planning, and business performance analysis.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and executive reporting packs. Coordinating annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Manage day-to-day finance operations: accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
• Ensure statutory, taxation, and regulatory compliance; support external audits and stakeholder reporting.
• Monitor internal controls, risk management and governance frameworks.
• Provide financial analysis to support operational decision-making and capital expenditure planning.
• Lead and develop finance team members and drive process improvements.
