Global Specialty Insurer in Sydney CBD is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead the Australian finance function on a permanent basis. The role reports to the Regional AVP for BAU Reporting and works closely with the Head of APAC Finance to establish local reporting architecture and oversee statutory filings.

The successful candidate will drive end-to-end execution, partner with underwriting and actuarial teams, and help scale operations while ensuring regulatory compliance and profitability.

• Serve as principal finance lead for the Australian platform.
• Oversee end-to-end establishment of local reporting and compliance.
• Collaborate with Underwriting Heads and Actuaries to evaluate loss ratios and drive portfolio profitability.
