Job summary

FINR Advisory is seeking a Senior Finance Broker/Loan Writer to join a dynamic team. The role involves converting inbound leads, discussing lending needs, and conducting residential and commercial loan assessments to recommend optimal loan structures.

The successful candidate will maintain strong client relationships, liaise with lenders and professionals, and stay current with industry products and regulations. Excellent communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Mortgage Broker or Loan Writer.
• Proven experience in Residential and Commercial lending.
• SMSF and business lending experience is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound leads and referred leads into appointments.
• Prospect customers over the phone to discuss lending needs.
• Conduct residential and commercial loan assessments and identify suitable loan structures.
• Present loan strategy to clients and make lender recommendations.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, referral partners and lenders.
• Liaise with lenders, solicitors, conveyancers and real estate agents.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage industry products, regulations, and trends.
