Qualifications

5+ years of progressive finance experience within a complex organisation.
Strong financial analysis and business partnering capability.
Insurance experience highly regarded.
Strong understanding of financial performance and business drivers.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
CA/CPA qualification highly regarded.

Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to analyse financial performance and key business metrics.
Own month end, quarter end, budgeting and forecasting activities.
Provide analysis across actuals, budgets and forecasts.
Oversee OPEX and FTE reporting, including expense allocations.
Prepare and contribute to CFO, performance, investor and strategy reporting.
Identify opportunities to simplify reporting and improve processes.
Provide commercial analysis and support key business initiatives.
