Job summary

Advanced Navigation is seeking a Senior Product Validation Engineer to drive real-world testing and validation of our navigation products. You will design and execute test plans, collect field data, and ensure performance, usability, and reliability meet customer expectations.

You will work with product managers, engineers, and customers to refine products based on insights and contribute to continuous improvement, collaborating in a fast-paced environment while maintaining rigorous

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or related technical field.
3–5 years’ experience testing hardware and software-based systems in navigation/robotics/autonomous systems.
Experience with defence standards and GNSS/IMU/sensor fusion concepts.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute product validation test plans to ensure high reliability and customer satisfaction.
Conduct real-world field testing across land, air, sea environments to evaluate performance.
Collect, analyze, and report test data to identify gaps and improvements.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to troubleshoot issues and validate fixes.
Maintain detailed validation reports and field test procedures.
