nbn is seeking a Senior Field Technician based in the Karratha area to support the Australian network. You will perform end-to-end field service from installation to repair and maintenance, delivering high-quality customer service and keeping customers connected across homes and businesses.

You will work autonomously with a licence and preferred ACMA telecoms certs, thriving under deadlines and travel requirements. Join a supportive team that values growth and wellbeing.

We are looking for candidates based in the Karratha area.

A bit about you

To thrive in this role, you’ll be an autonomous and motivated self-starter, with extensive experience with copper and fibre network assurance fault finding and installs. You’ll have an appetite to embrace a complex industry while learning and developing on the job. Ideal candidates for this role will have an ACMA license preferably with a cert 3 or cert 4 in telecommunications and draw on their dedication, drive, and customer service skills to deliver service with integrity and solutions with a smile every day.
