Regis Resources is seeking a Senior Resource Development Field Assistant to join the Duketon operation. Reporting to the Senior Resource Development Geologist, you will supervise field teams, coordinate drilling support, and ensure safe, efficient and high-quality drilling programs on site in Western Australia.

This FIFO role (8:6 roster) offers hands-on field work, leadership responsibilities and contractor management as part of a dynamic resource development team.

Competenze

• Practical experience in mineral exploration and resource development activities.
• Experience leading or supervising field-based personnel.
• Knowledge of drilling support, sampling and QA/QC procedures.
• Current First Aid certification.
• Current manual C Class Driver's Licence.
• Nationally recognised 4WD certification.
• Experience in remote field environments.
• Strong knowledge of GPS equipment and coordinate systems.
• Proven ability to collect samples and record field data.
• Strong organisational, communication and contractor management skills.

• Supervise, mentor and train Field Assistants.
• Ensure timely site inspections and accurate data entry.
• Supervise core yard activities including processing, cutting and sampling.
• Monitor and follow up safety and operational actions.
• Maintain QA/QC processes for drilling programs.
• Coordinate contractors and consultants, site access and inductions.
• Manage sample collection and dispatch in line with QA/QC.
• Ensure accurate field data entry into LogChief.
• Conduct vehicle, equipment and comms system inspections.
