Job summary

Hancock Agriculture seeks a Senior Farm Hand to manage on-farm operations at the Warra Warra Aggregation in the Warra district, QLD. The role covers ground prep, planting, irrigation, harvesting, and record-keeping across irrigated and dryland farming.

The candidate should be physically fit with a sound work ethic, capable of working outdoors, shifts including night and weekend work, and able to operate heavy vehicles with appropriate licences.

Responsibilities

• Ground preparation, spraying, planting, harvesting and irrigation.
• Machine operation and maintenance, including servicing vehicles and irrigation infra.
• General property maintenance and repairs; keep machinery and spray records.
