Job summary

The Lucas Group Pty Ltd is seeking a Grounds & Maintenance Person to join their client near Moree, NSW. This hands-on role focuses on keeping the property safe, tidy and well maintained, with duties across lawns, gardens, irrigation, sheds, and farm buildings.

You will work independently, have experience in farm or facilities maintenance, own a current driver’s licence (HR would be nice), and be comfortable with machinery, safety and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Experience in farm, grounds, property or facilities maintenance.
• Good gardening and handyman skills.
• Experience with farm machinery and vehicles.
• Basic irrigation and infrastructure knowledge.
• Safety-focused with ChemCERT training.
• Current driver’s licence and HR licence.
• Cropping or farm experience highly regarded.

• Inspecting houses, sheds, workshops and farm buildings.
• Completing minor repairs and general handyman work.

You’re practical, reliable and comfortable working independently. You notice what needs doing, take pride in your work and aren’t afraid to get stuck in.

You’ll ideally have:

• Experience in farm, grounds, property or facilities maintenance
• Good gardening and handyman skills
• Experience with farm machinery and vehicles
• Basic irrigation and infrastructure knowledge
• Good problem-solving and organisation skills
• A strong focus on safety and ChemCERT training
• A current driver's licence and HR licence

Cropping or farm experience will be highly regarded.

• Salary from $95,000 + super
