This full-time, senior-level role focuses on curtain walling, cladding, and performance evaluations, with direct collaboration with architects and contractors.

The ideal candidate holds 6+ years in facade engineering, a relevant degree, and proficiency in THERM, WINDOW, RFEM, AutoCAD and Revit, plus knowledge of codes and mock-up

Qualifications

• 6+ years of facade engineering experience in consultancy or contracting.
• Degree in Structural/Civil/Facade Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency with thermal and structural modeling tools (THERM, WINDOW, RFEM).
• Strong knowledge of building codes and performance mock-up regimes.

Responsibilities

• Lead facade engineering design for curtain walling, rainscreens, glazing, and cladding.
• Perform structural, thermal, and wind-load evaluations.
• Manage delivery from concept through shop drawings, mock-ups, and site inspections.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and head contractors; mentor junior staff.

We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced Senior Facade Engineer to lead the technical design, structural analysis, and delivery of building envelope solutions on large projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead facade engineering design (curtain walling, rainscreens, structural glass, cladding).
• Perform structural, thermal, and wind-load performance evaluations.
• Manage project delivery from initial concept through shop drawing reviews, PMU mock-up testing, and site inspections.
• Collaborate directly with architects, developers, and head contractors.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineering staff.

What We’re Looking For:

• 6+ years of specialized facade engineering consultancy or contractor experience.
• Degree in Structural/Civil Engineering, Facade Engineering, or related field (Chartered/ DBPA).
• Proficiency in thermal & structural modeling tools (e.g., THERM, WINDOW, RFEM, AutoCAD/Revit).
• Strong knowledge of relevant building codes, standards, and performance mock-up regimes.
