Job summary

Dahrouge Geological Consulting Pty Ltd. seeks a Principal Geologist – Exploration to lead and mentor geologists, oversee drilling and resource-definition programs, and deliver high-quality geological reporting for Australian projects.

You will manage client communication, project design, QA/QC, and regulatory compliance, while supporting business development and knowledge sharing across the team.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of geological principles, exploration targeting methodologies and industry-standard software.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and client-facing projects in geology.
• Strong understanding of QA/QC, data management and reporting in exploration projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior technical leadership across client exploration programs from targeting to drilling.
• Mentor geologists and field staff, upholding consulting standards.
• Ensure safe, practical, technically defensible exploration outcomes aligned with client objectives.
