Proactive Health is seeking an Accredited Exercise Physiologist to join Adaptive Bodies Allied Health on the Sunshine Coast. The role covers chronic disease, post-surgical rehab, pain management, and WorkCover/NDIS cases, with a broad caseload across clinic and gym settings.

You will work in a supportive EP-led practice where senior clinicians mentor and uphold high clinical standards. Flexible hours, strong CPD, and a pathway to senior clinician roles are offered.

Qualifications

• ESSA accreditation or eligibility to become Accredited Exercise Physiologist.
• Degree in Exercise Physiology or Clinical Exercise Physiology.
• Current professional indemnity insurance, or willingness to obtain it.
• A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle for site travel between locations.
• National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check, current or willing to obtain.
• Queensland Blue Card, current or willing to obtain.
• Strong assessment, clinical reasoning and program design skills.
• Confidence in a gym setting and ability to run group sessions.

Responsabilités

• Running comprehensive assessments, including functional testing and health screening.
• Designing evidence-based programs for clinic, gym, home and community settings.
• Delivering individual sessions and group classes, including education.
• Guiding WorkCover clients through graduated return to work and gym programs.
• Coordinating care with GPs, case managers and other providers.
• Maintaining clinical documentation in line with ESSA standards and Proactive Health governance.
