Job summary

Longevity Exercise Physiology in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Exercise Physiologist to deliver individualized exercise prescriptions for clients with chronic conditions and injuries, helping them improve function and quality of life.

You will collaborate with GPs and other allied health professionals, work across private, Medicare, and NDIS services, and have weekly team PD sessions; you will be supported by a large team of clinicians and have room for career progression.

Qualifications

• Deliver individualized exercise prescriptions for chronic conditions.
• Collaborate with GPs and allied health professionals.
• Support clients to achieve long-term health goals.
• Work across diverse service streams (Private, Medicare, NDIS, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored exercise programs for a range of conditions and injuries.
• Liaise with GPs and other allied health professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Support clients to reach their health and fitness goals over time.
• Participate in weekly team PD sessions and collaborate with leadership.
