Job summary

BlueCare seeks an Allied Health Coordinator - Exercise Physiologist to lead a multidisciplinary team across community and aged care settings. You will assess and implement care plans, mentor staff, and drive program development and quality improvement across the network.

The role requires substantial experience in Exercise Physiology, with strong leadership, communication and time-management skills, plus a current Australian Driver's Licence. Flexible locations offered within Queensland.

Qualifications

• Tertiary Qualifications in Exercise Physiology are essential.
• Post-graduate studies highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to exercise physiology and allied health staff.
• Assess, develop, manage and evaluate care plans and programs for clients.
• Delegate activities to staff to support client independence.
• Identify and guide development of service delivery and resources.
• Collect, record, analyse and trend care outcome measures.
• Deliver training presentations as required.
• Coordinate orientation and onboarding of new Exercise Physiologists and practicum students.
