Job summary

Community Services Group (CSG) is seeking an experienced Senior Executive Support Officer to join the Group's executive support team. The role reports to the Group Executive Officer and collaborates with the group executive office to support the Group Executive and executive leadership team.

The Senior Executive Support Officer provides high-level executive support, governance coordination and performance reporting, managing complex workflows and ministerial business while driving quality

Qualifications

• Experience in executive support or governance coordination preferred.
• Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level executive support to the Group Executive and leadership team.
• Coordinate governance processes, reporting and ministerial briefings as required.
• Develop and monitor workflows, ensuring timely delivery of priorities and quality assurance.
