Job summary

Allens seeks a Senior Events & Networks Adviser to lead end‑to‑end planning and delivery of client events and national programs across Australia. This role blends strategic leadership with hands‑on event management in a fast‑paced, stakeholder‑heavy environment.

You will build relationships across the firm, analyse client data, and drive innovations in engagement and client experience while supporting national webinars and digital programs.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience planning and executing corporate events.
• Strong stakeholder management across levels of an organisation.

• Excellent professional communication with senior partners and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end planning, design and delivery of client events and national programs.
• Set objectives, measure ROI and conduct post‑event evaluations.
• Build and manage stakeholder relationships to create engagement opportunities.
• Analyse client data and CRM usage to target event campaigns.
• Drive operational excellence and adopt new technologies for engagement.
• Support delivery of national webinars and digital client programs.
• Be a voice in excellent client service and brand to market.
