Cerebral Palsy Alliance is seeking an experienced Events Manager to lead end-to-end planning and delivery of high-value fundraising events in NSW and beyond. You will collaborate with event committees, corporate partners, sponsors and volunteers to develop budgets, timelines and guest experiences, while ensuring risk management and on-site excellence.

Qualifications

• Five years’ demonstrated experience managing complex events and multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Strong project management, budgeting, forecasting and revenue target experience.
• Excellent stakeholder, relationship, communication, influencing and negotiation abilities.
• Experience sourcing and managing venues, production partners, suppliers and event delivery teams.
• Solutions-focused approach with risk identification and decision-making during intensive event periods.
• Experience using CRM, event registration or online fundraising platforms; willingness to travel interstate.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end planning, delivery and evaluation of complex, high-value fundraising events.
• Develop fundraising, engagement and project plans with budgets, timelines and run sheets.
• Build relationships with event committees, sponsors, corporate partners, supporters, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Source, negotiate with and manage venues, production partners and suppliers to meet requirements.
• Lead on-site operations, manage teams, suppliers and volunteers for exceptional guest experiences and risk management.
• Manage event communications, registrations and online fundraising data; drive improvement across the portfolio.
