Job summary

Cerebral Palsy Alliance in Allambie Heights, NSW, Australia, is seeking an experienced Events Manager to lead end-to-end planning and delivery of complex fundraising events, collaborating with committees, corporate partners, sponsors and volunteers to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

You will develop fundraising plans, manage budgets and timelines, and lead on-site operations while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience managing complex fundraising events.
• Proven budgeting, forecasting and revenue target experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Experience sourcing venues and managing suppliers.
• CRM/event platform experience; willingness to travel interstate and work outside hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, delivery and evaluation of complex, high-value fundraising events.
• Develop fundraising and project plans with budgets, timelines and run sheets.
• Build relationships with event committees, sponsors, partners, supporters, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Source and manage venues, production partners and suppliers.
• Lead on-site operations, manage teams and volunteers, ensure guest experience and manage risks.
• Manage event communications, registrations and online fundraising, CRM data, and continuous improvement.
