Job summary

Eurest is seeking a Business Manager for the Eventions team to lead planners, oversee logistics, and ensure SLA delivery across centers. You will supervise daily operations, maintain program knowledge, and foster client relationships while strategizing improvements with stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in event planning, MS Office proficiency, and demonstrated leadership in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service.
• 3 years of experience planning executive events (product launches, trade shows, conferences).
• Event planning certification (CMP or CSEP) is a plus.
• Extremely professional and client focused.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Process oriented and well organized.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to interact with diverse global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with global stakeholders across Eventions and other segments to ensure cohesion and customization.
• Develop and propose operational processes and procedures by analyzing business needs and goals.
• Initiate strategic planning to keep pace with industry growth and evolving stakeholder needs.
• Maintain top-quality hospitality vendors and establish efficient processes for consistent guest experiences.
• Manage high-level events and logistics, coordinating vendor services including catering and A/V.
• Update key information in OneNote and SharePoint and share with teams and stakeholders.
• Understand internal tools and reporting features; serve as team liaison for requests.
• Nurture long-term relationships with clients, stakeholders and vendor teams.
