Eurest is a leading provider of corporate dining solutions, and is seeking a Catering Executive Chef to oversee high-volume catering operations in Redmond, WA. You will guide menu execution, staff leadership, and cost control while delivering outstanding food and service for meetings, events, and special programs.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of culinary management experience, expertise in high-volume catering, and strong knowledge of food safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of culinary management experience.
• High-volume production and catering experience required.
• Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop cooks and kitchen staff up to 30-40+.
• Execute high-volume catering menus with focus on quality and consistency.
• Plan seasonal, globally inspired menus and develop recipes.
• Control food and labor costs and manage purchasing compliance.
• Create labor schedules based on business needs.
• Ensure compliance with ServSafe, HACCP, OSHA, PCQI, and local health regs.
• Lead daily and monthly food safety training.
• Maintain inspection-ready kitchens.
