• Proven experience in planning and delivering large-scale events.

• Experience developing communications materials for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of a major event scheduled for 2027.
• Coordinate with executives, project teams and stakeholders to align activities.
• Manage external suppliers, contracts, budgets and resources.
• Develop media materials, social/web content and stakeholder communications.
