Job summary

Whizdom is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to design, integrate and support enterprise ICT platforms in a secure, Windows‑based environment. The role focuses on end user computing, Active Directory, MECM/SCCM and endpoint management, with hands‑on engineering across multiple technologies.

You will work within a skilled team to deliver design documentation, system integration and operational improvements, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders to ensure reliable delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Infrastructure/Systems Engineering or related ICT discipline.
• Strong experience with Microsoft enterprise environments.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 SOE and Windows Server environments.
• Hands-on MECM/SCCM, endpoint management and software deployment technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support design, integration and lifecycle management of enterprise infrastructure platforms.
• Assess and evaluate technology solutions to meet business and technical requirements.
• Coordinate system integration activities across multiple projects.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and system deficiencies.
• Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to support delivery.
• Translate requirements into practical technology solutions.
• Develop technical documentation including High Level Designs and SOPs.
• Provide technical assurance activities for projects and operations.
• Support and maintain Microsoft-based infrastructure and end user computing environments.
