Job summary

Pinaka is seeking a Senior EUC Engineer to lead Level 3 engineering, automation and support for end-user computing platforms from Canberra, ACT. The role focuses on engineering, automation and service modernisation using Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines, MPIP and PowerShell, with priority given to Azure DevOps, Pipelines and Purview Information Protection.

Qualifications

Demonstrated expert hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps and pipelines.
Experience administering Purview Information Protection and DLP configurations.
Experience managing Azure Virtual Desktop in an enterprise environment.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise and deployment tooling.
Ability to produce high‑quality technical designs and operational docs.

Responsibilities

Independently design, engineer, maintain and provide Level 3 support for complex EUC platforms (SOE, devices, productivity services).
Develop automation and deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps, Pipelines, Git and PowerShell.
Plan upgrades, migrations, patching and service changes across environments.
Monitor health, identify issues and implement remediation.
Provide technical judgement, manage risks and resolve complex issues.
Collaborate with teams, vendors and support staff to deliver changes and resolve incidents.
Produce technical designs, implementation/test plans and support documentation.
