Pinaka Technology Solutions Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior End User Computing Windows Desktop Engineer to deliver Level 3 engineering, automation and operational support for EUC platforms from Canberra, on-site with limited case-by-case work-from-home considerations.

The role emphasizes Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines and Microsoft Purview Information Protection, requiring hands-on expertise to design, automate and modernise services, with strong stakeholder engagement and technical leadership.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated Azure DevOps/Azure Pipelines hands-on experience across non-prod/prod
• Experience administering Microsoft Purview Information Protection including labels and DLP
• Experience managing Azure Virtual Desktop in an enterprise environment including Intune/GP
• Proven ability to produce high‑quality technical designs and operational docs
• Strong automation, scripting and deployment experience using PowerShell and IaC tools

Responsibilities

• Independently design, engineer and provide Level 3 support for EUC platforms including SOE and corporate devices
• Develop automation and deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps, Pipelines, Git and PowerShell
• Plan upgrades, migrations, deployments and patching across environments
• Monitor health, diagnose issues and implement remediation
• Produce technical designs, operation procedures and documentation
• Collaborate with teams, vendors and support staff to deliver changes
• Uplift team knowledge through guidance and training
