Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking a Senior End User Computing Engineer in Canberra to design, engineer and maintain complex EUC platforms with a strong emphasis on automation using Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines and PowerShell.

You will work with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable end-user services, improve automation, and provide expert guidance on Microsoft 365 Apps, Intune, Defender, Purview, and policy controls.

Qualifications

Extensive experience with EUC platforms and Azure DevOps
Proficient in automation and IaC using PowerShell and pipelines
Knowledge of Purview Information Protection and security controls

Responsibilities

Design, engineer, maintain Level 3 EUC platforms and provide advanced support
Develop automation, deployment pipelines and configuration-as-code solutions
Plan upgrades, migrations, deployments, patching and service changes across environments
Monitor health, performance and incidents; diagnose and remediate root causes
Provide technical judgment, design options and risk management
Collaborate with teams, vendors and support staff to deliver changes
Produce designs, test plans and operation documentation
