Job summary

QIMA is seeking an experienced auditor to audit supplier manufacturing sites, often without prior notice, focusing on labor rights, safety and environmental standards. You will document findings in comprehensive reports and engage with factory management to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Higher education degree in Engineering, Law, Economics or Social Sciences or a related major.
• APSCA registered at CSCA level (Mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of SA8000/ISO14001/ICTI/C-TPAT/WRAP/BSCI
• Work experience in 3rd party auditing
• Experience in Agricultural Audit
• SMETA/BSCI/SA8000/WRAP or mixed audits done in recent 12 months
• Good command of English (spoken and written)

Responsibilities

• Audit the manufacturing sites of clients' suppliers, sometimes without warning, focusing on labor rights, health and safety, environmental security and other standards.
• Record all findings in detailed reports to be delivered to the client.
• Conduct audits with integrity, understanding the impact on suppliers, factory staff and clients.
• Provide expertise in client meetings to create custom quality control procedures based on requirements.
• Contribute ideas for improving the quality of Operations projects.
