Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking a Senior Estimator to support tenders and proposals for our Maintenance and Industrial Services division. Perth-based role with on-site responsibilities and a focus on safe, high-quality tender delivery.

The successful candidate will bring brownfield project experience, strong estimation skills and the ability to develop robust execution plans, schedules and subcontractor quotations. We value collaboration and a proactive, improvement-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience estimating tenders for brownfield projects in mining construction.
• On-site construction/installation experience is required.
• Ability to develop execution methodologies and schedules.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert estimating advice for major tenders, proposals and expressions of interest.
• Develop execution methodologies and schedules.
• Analyse qualitative and quantitative data for tenders.
• Review tenders and proposals for quality, risk, accuracy and completeness.
• Identify ambiguities, risks and key issues in tender documentation.
