Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Estimator in Perth to drive end-to-end estimating for bespoke residential builds. You’ll work closely with the Director, shaping feasibility, cost control and supplier pricing across a small, high‑performing team.

Responsibilities include preparing detailed BOQs and tender packages, reviewing plans for accuracy, and maintaining cost databases. This role offers exposure to premium homes and development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Residential estimating for custom homes
• Preparing detailed BOQs, cost breakdowns and tender packages
• Reviewing plans, specifications and engineering for accuracy
• Liaising with suppliers, trades and internal teams
• Managing variations and maintaining up-to-date cost databases
• Supporting the Director with pricing strategy and project planning
• Contributing to continuous improvement across estimating processes
