Job summary

Willow Recruitment (London) Ltd in Queensland seeks a Senior Estimator to lead tendering and estimating on multi-sector projects, including D&C, ECI and negotiated work engagements. Qualifications

• 5+ years demonstrated experience estimating/tendering construction/development projects valued up to 10mil.
• Deep understanding of ECI/D&C, cost planning and value management.
• Experience leading/negotiating/securing ECI, D&C and Hard Dollar Tender engagements.
• Strong network of existing clients and industry contacts across SEQ.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading the group's QLD Preconstruction and Estimating functions, including ECI, D&C, and Negotiated Work Engagements.
• Manage key project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Write and review submission material to ensure project-specific requirements are met.
• Interpret, understand and execute head contracts - mitigating contractual risk.
• Take part during strategic client engagement process inline with negotiating and securing work.
