Job summary

Polyseal Group in NSW is seeking a Senior Estimator to work with the National BDM, GM and Estimating Team on project tenders. You will prepare, coordinate and manage tender submissions, perform quantity take-offs and develop cost plans for waterproofing systems.

Based in St Peters, NSW, you will lead the estimating team, review post-tender clarifications, and ensure accurate estimates and smooth procurement processes across multiple departments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior estimating experience in construction.
• Experience with waterproofing and façades preferred.
• Ability to prepare budgets and material/labour hours.
• Knowledge of tenders, BOQ, and post-tender clarifications.
• Develop and maintain cost databases.

Responsibilities

• Attend internal project meetings and report findings.
• Manage tender submissions and undertake quantity take-offs.
• Lead estimating team with post-tender reviews.
• Develop proposals for waterproofing systems from designs.
• Analyse tender documents and provide BoQ.
• Accurately assess plans and take-offs.
• Monitor costs vs estimates and maintain price sheets.
