Townsville-based Queensland Government opportunity for an experienced Senior Estimator to lead a team delivering complex estimating projects and support staff to achieve successful project delivery outcomes.

You will manage medium to high-risk estimating programs within a government environment, producing high‑quality estimates and quotation documentation for building projects, while ensuring compliance with departmental requirements and client expectations.

Formación

• Demonstrated experience compiling and project managing complex estimating projects.
• Strong knowledge of building construction and maintenance practices.
• Thorough understanding of legislative, regulatory and contract requirements.
• Proven ability to lead, support and manage a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound judgement and decision-making capability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and client relationships.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver projects within required timeframes.
