BESIX Watpac is seeking a Senior Estimator/Cost Planner in Queensland to oversee tender estimates and cost plans across multiple delivery forms. You will identify risks, review designs for cost implications and monitor project costs throughout development and delivery phases.

Collaborate with project teams to prepare detailed cost plans for variations and claims, ensuring disciplined cost control and robust risk management across the broader regional team.

Qualifications

• Degree in construction management or quantity surveying with proven cost planning/estimating experience.
• Experience in cost planning for multi-stage contracts and tendering processes.
• Strong communication to influence across teams and levels.

Responsabilités

• Organise tender estimates and project cost plans for various delivery forms.
• Identify risks within head contract tender documents.
• Review designs to spot cost management risks across stages.
• Monitor costs and upstream/downstream cost management issues.
• Collaborate to prepare cost plans for variations and claims.
