Job summary

Brunel is seeking a Senior Estimator for civil subdivision projects based at the Sunshine Coast head office. You will develop detailed first-principles cost build-ups for stormwater, sewer, water pipework, roadworks and bulk earthworks, reviewing drawings and quantities to produce accurate pricing.

Qualifications

• Senior Estimator in civil construction
• First-principles estimating across stormwater, sewer, water pipework, roadworks and bulk earthworks
• Strong understanding of civil construction and project costs
• Excellent attention to detail and commercial awareness
• Ability to work through estimates from project documentation through to final pricing

We've partnered with one of Queensland's largest privately owned civil contractors to appoint an experienced Senior Estimator to their team, based at their Sunshine Coast head office.

This is an opportunity to work across civil subdivision projects, with a key focus on detailed and accurate estimating.

Profile

• Previous experience as a Senior Estimator within civil construction
• Proven first-principles estimating experience across stormwater, sewer, water pipework, roadworks and bulk earthworks
• Strong understanding of civil construction and project costs
• Excellent attention to detail and commercial awareness
• Ability to work through estimates from project documentation through to final pricing
