Job summary

Lockheed Martin Australia is seeking an Environment, Safety & Health (ESH) Associate Manager to partner with stakeholders across the business to ensure a safe, compliant and environmentally responsible workplace. You will provide expert guidance on ESH matters and support the implementation and continuous improvement of safety management systems across multiple sites and programs.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in an ESH role within medium to large organisations.
• Strong knowledge of ESH legislation, safety management systems, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 and their practical application.
• Proven ability to develop and lead internal audit programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ESH professionals across multiple sites.
• Coordinate and lead ISO internal and external audits.
• Provide expert ESH guidance to stakeholders and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage risk assessments, audits and site inspections and implement corrective actions.
• Investigate incidents, hazards and injuries and oversee preventive actions.
• Analyse ESH data and deliver reporting and insights.
