Job summary

American International Group (AIG) in Sydney seeks a Senior Enterprise Risk Advisory Partner, Pacific, to elevate enterprise risk management across the Pacific region from our office. You will provide senior Line 2 advisory support, shape risk governance, and drive practical execution in a regulated insurance environment.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract reporting to the Head of Enterprise Risk Advisory, Pacific.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in enterprise risk management within general insurance.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and provide risk-based decision support.
• Knowledge of risk management frameworks, appetite, governance and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior Line 2 enterprise risk advisory support across the Pacific region, offering practical risk advice and constructive challenge to stakeholders.
• Support interpretation and application of AIG’s risk frameworks, policies and risk appetite.
• Assist with risk and control assessments, issue/event management and risk reporting.
