Job summary

Bendigo Bank is seeking a Senior Consultant, ER to shape strategy and lead complex industrial relations projects across the organisation. You’ll partner with senior leaders to deliver commercial advice on employment matters and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Industrial/Employee Relations, Law or related discipline.
• Deep knowledge of workplace law, modern awards, and enterprise agreements.
• Ability to interpret employment contracts and policies, managing ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and commercial advice on industrial and employee relations matters across the Bank.
• Lead strategic ER initiatives and project delivery, including changes arising from acquisitions, divestments and outsourcing.
• Engage with Unions and advise on employment implications of major workplace changes.
