Job summary

Jobtailor in Brisbane seeks an experienced environmental professional to lead assessments, planning and compliance work on infrastructure projects.

You will develop environmental impact assessments, management plans, and monitoring programs, while liaising with clients and government agencies to secure approvals and deliver high-quality reports. This senior role requires 6+ years in consultancy, strong writing skills, and the ability to manage diverse projects from desk studies to field work.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Environmental Science/Planning or similar.
• Minimum 6+ years' experience in a similar role.
• Experience in gaining environment approvals and statutory approvals for projects in Queensland.
• Experience working within a consultancy environment (preferred).
• Proven project management and client relationship management capability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Well-developed report writing skills.
• Experience working with government clients (preferred).
