Job summary

Bellwether Group is seeking an Environmental Officer for a major road project in the New England region of NSW. The role requires expertise in environmental management, monitoring and compliance, with responsibility for contractor performance on a client-side or government-led delivery context.

You must have a degree in Environmental Science or Environmental Engineering and a White Card, with local work rights in Australia. Relocation assistance is available if required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in environmental management, monitoring and compliance / reports.
• Experience overseeing contractor environmental performance and compliance within client-side, local/state government or major project environments.
• Degree in Environmental Science / Environmental Engineering or equivalent.
• Construction Industry Induction Card (White Card) or willingness to obtain before commencing.
